职位描述
Position Title: Sales Account Manager (此岗位仅招录目前在北京工作的人员）。
Job Description
1. Develop API sales in China, optimizing the opportunities for both export and local generic market.
2. Expanding the market share of the Company in China by identifying and exploring new sales opportunities.
3. Conduct sales meeting with potential customers to build the necessary direct relationships / structure to achieve TAPI's strategic plan set until 2013
4. Generate strong relationships within Public Institutions so TAPI could anticipate and prepare for business opportunities.
5. Customer Service - Responsibility for attending customer's ongoing needs. Act as principal customer liaison with regards to services, contracts, collections, logistics and any other issue, activity or interface between company and customer
6. Responsibility for building an accomplishing the annual sales work plan. Consolidation of China sales office.
Required Experience and Skills
1、1-2 years’ sales and marketing experience, better if in the pharmaceutical industry.
2、Ability to work in a flexible environment. High capacity of prioritization and organization. Self-motivated, capable of performing the job by him/herself.
3、Proactive, dynamic and good communication skills.
4、Vision and capability to define and implement a strategic plan for a sales office.
5、Capability to deal with interlocutors at different levels.
6、Initiative abilities.
7、Fluent English in both oral and written.
8、Skillful in using word, excel and PPT.
9、Budget oriented.
10、High negotiation skills
11、Chemist or other relevant life science degree (academic) will be an advantage
12、Oversea study background is a plus.
