职位描述:

网络工程师将负责维护Angel的所有系统以及承载VOIP数据的网络架构。为保证Angel服务平台的平稳运行，他们需要实时监控和评估网络系统的各项指标。具有VOIP技术，Cisco系统以及Linux系统相关经验者优先。

工作职责(包括但不限于):

· 设计、实现、维护以及管理HP和Cisco主流局域网及广域网交换机、路由器、防火墙乃至于整个为VOIP服务的网络环境

· 对局域网及广域网设备和线路进行监控

· 自动化网络系统的容错和灾难恢复

· 配置、维护以及管理网络系统的监控平台，例如 Nagios

· 管理和维护Angel系统和外部网络之间的VPN

· 维护DNS以及IP地址分配

· 维护网络交换机和路由器上的虚拟局域网和访问控制列表

· 维护防火墙规则集

· 定期对网络攻击和入侵进行监控

· 采用业界最佳实践完成防火墙配置、访问控制列表维护、日志分析等网络安全工作

· 使用版本控制工具记录和维护系统配置文件

· 工作在Unix系统之上

工作要求:

· 2～4年在高可用性系统上的工作经验

· 至少2年在Cisco(或其他同类公司) PIX/ASA 防火墙和IDS系统之上的工作经验

· 至少2年在HP(或其他同类公司)局域网管理的交换机和路由器上的工作经验

· 复杂网络环境的管理经验

· 精于网络问题分析方法和协议分析工具(例如 WireShark)

· 熟悉OSI7层模型以及SIP协议

· 了解变更管理的最佳实践

· 了解企业级IT架构的最佳实践

· 有PCI兼容网络环境的工作经验

· 有通信行业工作经验者优先

Job Title: Network Engineer on Telecommunication
Location: Hangzhou, China
Basic Function:
The Network Engineers will be responsible for maintaining all Angel systems and network infrastructure that serve VoIP traffic, internally and externally. In addition to being the secondary owner of networking systems, they will proactively monitor and benchmark systems as necessary for the health and well-being of our entire platform. Expertise in VoIP technologies, Cisco and Linux Systems Engineering are highly beneficial for this position.
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
· Program, implement, maintain, and administer primarily HP & Cisco LAN and WAN switches, routers, firewalls, and overall Network environment dedicated to VoIP traffic
· Monitor LAN and WAN equipment and circuits for proper operation
· Automate Network systems for fault-tolerance and disaster recovery
· Configure, maintain, and administer Network and Systems monitoring platform, currently Nagios
· Administer and maintain VPN's between Angel and external entities
· Maintain DNS and IP registrations
· Maintain VLAN's, ACL's on network switches and routers
· Maintain firewall rule sets
· Frequently monitor network systems for attack and intrusion detection
· Keep current on state-of-the art and industry best practices in Network Security, including firewalls, ACL's, IDS', log analysis
· Debug problems
· Document configurations and maintain such documentation per department Change Control methodologies
· Act as a general Unix resource (installations, networking, system troubleshooting, design, etc)
Job Requirements:
· 2 to 4 years experience in high-availability systems administration
· At least 2 years experience with Cisco (or equivalent Enterprise-class) PIX/ASA firewall and IDS systems
· At least 2 years experience with HP (or equivalent Enterprise-class) LAN managed switches and routers
· Experience with network administration in a complex environment including VLAN's, Router ACL's, BGP between multiple live production sites
· Expertise in use of troubleshooting methodologies and tools such as Protocol analyzers (like WireShark) in gigabit Ethernet data networks
· Experience with large-scale (DS-3 or larger) ATM and clear line circuits, preferably carrying VOIP traffic
· Manage support tickets with the carriers and Telecom Vendors
· Complete knowledge of OSI Seven Layer Model and protocols such as SIP.
· Knowledge of Change Management best practices
· Knowledge of best practices for enterprise-level IT infrastructure
· Experience in a PCI compliant network environment
· Knowledge of cable plant installation and methodologies, electrical and telephony standards and codes
· Previous Telecommunications industry experience a big plus
· Individual must be available to be on-call 24x7 in rotation
· Individual must be able to run cable under floors and in overhead trays 9 feet above the floor
· Individual must be able to communicate clearly in English in verbal and written forms for communication with vendors and internal customers
· Individual must be able to quickly learn existing and new Angel.com systems and software as needed to keep current with state-of-the-art
· Individual must keep current on latest versions of Linux and Networking products and associated utilities, patches, security issues, etc.
