Job Duties (include but not limited to):

Summary/Overview

Reporting to Senior Director, Financial Information Systems, the incumbent in this position will share responsibility for the analysis, design , support, implementation, and enhancements of the MicroStrategy WorldWide JDEdwards Enterprise One and associated enterprise financial systems, with primary support of APAC JDE Users.

Primary Responsibilities

This position requires JDEdwards Enterprise One financial systems experience with the core financial modules, as well as a sound understanding of basic accounting principles and business processes.

The incumbent will be responsible for front line support to end users; troubleshooting system issues; fielding random questions; reviewing issues with transactions, integrity reports, balance reconciliations, interactive applications issues and data integrity; all phases of testing to include ad-hoc issues, upgrades and enhancements; and end user training and documentation.

They must effectively assess help requests to determine the root cause of the problem, and must apply knowledge of the entire system to implement solutions without causing other issues.

They will be required to document business processes and requirements and provide recommendations and design requirements for custom development for reports and interactive applications which satisfy the business need. They will be required to work closely with the developer during the system lifecycle process of development to production implementation.

They must have intimate working knowledge of JD Edwards Enterprise One with emphasis on application functionality.

Position Requirements:

Education/Knowledge: Minimum bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field, with at least 2 years' JDEdwards OneWorld /Enterprise One technical financial applications experience in a multi-national/multi-currency ERP environment.

Well-qualified candidates will also have the following:

· Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
