Responsibilities:

1) According to the project promotion, advertising creative design.

根据项目推广要求，进行广告创意设计。

2) Responsible for the design of various plans required, graphic design, posters, brochures, including propaganda, fences, outdoor advertising, magazines and other carriers.

负责完成各种策划方案所需的平面设计，包括楼书、海报、宣传册、围挡、户外广告、杂志等宣传载体的平面设计工作。

3) Support the design responsible for project sales promotion.

为完成销售项目的推广活动提供设计支持。

4) Responsible for supervising the printing process and quotation

负责监督印刷工艺及报价

5) Responsible for other work assigned by leaders.

负责完成领导下发的各项其他工作

Position Requirements:
职位要求：

1) Age 26-35. Undergraduate degree or more.

年龄26-35岁。本科以上学历。

2) At least 5 years work experience of graphic design, including 3 years experience in Real Estate Company.

5年以上平面设计工作经验；3年以上地产行业工作经验；

3) Experience of high-end projects designing will be a plus

有高端项目设计经验者优先。

4) Preferred to have good English skill

Huan De Future City Property (Shenzhen) Co., Limited, located in the Longgang District is an international real estate developer. The project running by Huan De Future City is China European Future City (CEFC) which is located in the international low carbon city of Longgang District under the support of NDRC and Shenzhen municipal government.
