职位描述：
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Lead and perform mechanical design including product mechanical design, GD&T analysis，thermal modeling, simulation & design optimization to fully meet customer qualification while comply with industry standards.
-Respond to requests or complains from internal and/or end customer quickly by identify the root cause and resolve the issue in a timely way.
-Follow the SP mechanical design process and contribute to this process to improve the mechanical design error-proofing capability.
-Collaborate with RD, NPIE, PE and Sourcing team to maintain the production ramp up smoothly.
-Work closely with peers on additional projects assigned as needed.

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, in mechanical design, mold manufacturing, Material engineering, or related major in mechanical.
-At least 5 years of work experience in communication industry or mechanical structural design of electronic products.
-Experience on independent project design is preferred.
-Excellent skills in mechanical structure design software application, such as CAD, SolidWorks, CorelDraw, outstanding ability in mechanical/thermal simulation.
-Familiar with performance of plastic and metallic materials, process of mold manufacturing，laser welding，epoxy bonding and cutting as well as application.
-Familiar with mechanics, optics, structure and packaging in opt-electronic area.
-Well organized and detail oriented, easy going with good interpersonal skill and open mindset.
