职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement factory production safety and 5S; conduct regular inspections.
2. Responsible for product quality and workshop management: Provide instructions and follow up with each workshop on execution of technical standards, production regulations, and quality procedure documents.
3. Responsible for delivering orders on time: Supervise production planning, hold production meeting to facilitate production and to coordinate communication and collaboration between workshops. Ensure actual production follows production planning, and make contingency or backup plan to accommodate delivery adjustments.
4. Factory cost control: coordinate and monitor factory resources including raw material, labor, production techniques, tools and facility.
5. Reinforce work etiquette and job training for workers to make sure company rules and standards are properly followed and executed, in order to create good production e***ironment.
6. Continuously provide improvement plan and arrangement for all production related work.
7. Monitor the progress of production schedule, collecting information, and analyze current status, make summary, and adjustment if necessary, to ensure the quality and deadline is met with clients' demand
8. To provide guidance to each of the work shop how to manage daily routine work properly, continuous improvement on the accuracy and rationality of production progress, train and coach workshop workers, and ensure production system running properly.
9. Cross functional communication and coordination with other departments regarding production schedule, to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all factory related operations. Able to deal with unexpected situation and changes swiftly and with practical solutions.
10. Communicate with technician team. Discuss and analyze the drawings, technical information, lower material usage, shorten production period, and maintain product quality

Key Requirements:
1. University graduate with good command of English both in writing and verbal
2. 15+ years of working experience in metal manufacturing industry, at least 5 years at the factory manager position
3. Demonstration of strong leadership and effective management skills with a sense of urgency
4. Be decisive and responsible , willing to take challenges and face unexpected changes and yet remain calm and composure
5. Self-discipline, hardworking, passionate and with a desire of perfection and drive for success
6. Attention to detail and be vigilant to risks and errors
7. Good communication skills and able to exchange ideas at all levels
8. Effective time management and able to deliver on time
