Deloitte China Tax and Business Advisory is the only Big Four practice that works As One across Greater China Region including the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan with nearly 2,500 tax people to advise and assist clients concerning tax and business issues. It is also a Tier One tax practice in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan (International Tax Review’s World Tax 2014).
Provide professional services including but not limited to:
具体职能包括但不限于：
· 为政府机构完成编写投资环境研究报告、政策分析及对标、招商推介及培训等相关工作，包括但不限于在服务过程中对政策法规等信息的收集、分析和编写，对政府和企业负责人进行访谈，并独立与客户有效沟通联络等工作
· 根据政府项目要求，按照一定的方法论，完成与特定产业相关的课题与研究并形成报告，包括但不限于对相关产业的深度研究、设计咨询框架及报告结构、调研访谈、报告撰写等工作
· 为外资客户来华投资提供咨询和相关审批、注册等法规服务，包括但不限于在外商投资企业的设立、变更、注销等过程中协助完成相关申请文件的准备、与政府相关部门沟通协调，并独立与客户有效跟进等工作
· 负责外资客户在华进行选址咨询工作，包括但不限于理解客户选址需求、与各地开发区进行有效对接、整合符合客户需求的厂房土地资源并在客户与政府间独立有效沟通和汇报等工作
· 负责为客户进行财政扶持政策的谈判，包括但不限于掌握客户的产业背景及未来发展预期、与主管商务部门进行独立有效地沟通谈判等工作
· 能有效地协助项目合伙人/总监，并相对独立地带领顾问团队完成上述工作，出色的客户沟通与协调的能力，并具备一定的业务开发和拓展能力
Qualification:
o Familiar with or interested in foreign i***estment, macro-economic and industry-related policies
对于外商投资、国家宏观经济、产业规划等政策熟悉并有意愿作为事业长期发展
o Preferred 5-6 years' full-time related working experiences with government departments, public affairs function of MNCs, consulting firms in relevant job scope.

o Strong business writing skills in both English and Chinese as well as fluent spoken English language
