Title: Marketing Supervisor / Deputy Marketing Manager
Reporting Line: Managing Director
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the marketing plan, both in line with the Group’s marketing strategy and according to the actual market situation in China.
- Responsible for building, managing, and analyzing the company’s marketing data base including market trend, competition, finding selling points, product positioning etc., in order to identify and develop new markets and increase the company’s market share.
- Closely cooperate and support the sales team in China to achieve sales goal
- Establish and improve the company brand awareness in the market
- Responsible for online product sales, brand promotion and product price control
- Organize all kinds of event e.g. professional exhibition, roadshow, academic seminar
- Responsible for both internal and external product training
- Evaluates and authorizes all marketing department standards, policies and procedures.
- Develop and improve the marketing organization in China, including co-recruits, trains, directs and appraises the performance of marketing personnel.
- Marketing project management
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Clinical Medicine, Pharma.
- With 5+ years of marketing experience, Orthopaedics related experience is preferred.
- Must have extensive experience in both the traditional marketing methodology and the latest marketing trends and methods in many areas and be flexible in approaching new markets and solving problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and distinctive creativity.
- Able to travel frequently.
- Strong organizational & analytical ability.
- Mature honest & reliable, hardworking style.
- Very good English, good PC skills.
