JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Sourcing potential suppliers; evaluating supplier capabilities in quality control, cost competitiveness, and delivery speed. Collecting RFQ, negotiating price and contract terms, evaluating and managing risks.
2. Following up projects of new parts including general supply market information, sourcing strategies, RFQ, comparison, evaluation, sampling, ERP system data maintaining, joint decision making with users
3. Updating the changes from suppliers, auditing and monitoring supplier status and their compliances in quality, e***ironment, delivery performance, provide necessary supports to suppliers, and build a win-win relationships
4. Incorporate and meet the company strategies changes into the purchase practices, such as quality, delivery, cost control,
5. Understanding internal quality, delivery and cost strategies, communicate mutual understanding between internal users, provide excellent sourcing services to the users departments.
6. Following company ethic codes and countries law to protect shareholders’ interests, avoiding off interest conflicts and conduct high level professional practices in dealing of business.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
1. Bachelor degree major in engineering, electric, automation, CET-6 above
2. More than 4 years’ experience, Manufacturing in material, mechanic, electronics or auto-control industries will be priority
3. General knowledge on mechanic, electric and electronic supply market
4. communication & negotiation, Integrity, Analysis, Resourcefulness, Independence
5. Willingness to travel, 40-50% of travelling time
