职位描述：
Job Objective职位目标：
1) To provide accurate Fi***cial figures both internally and externally;
2) Deeply understand nature of business and details of sale/spending items;
3) To be a qualified business partner to provide sound suggestions to other functions;
4) Contribution upon the setup of the guidance/policy of company fi***cial process;
5) To be a key role within the Fi***ce controlling team.

Role and Responsibilities工作角色与职责：
1) Monthly reporting:
a. On-time deliver qualified fi***cial reports, including but not limited to Business review report, MBR, Channel PL, Power-line tracking, Commercial forecast, etc.;
b. Provide qualified comments and suggestions upon company fi***cial performance;
c. Monthly provide AS/INAX China Fi***ce target and actual results to SO;
d. Gatekeeper of the accuracy for company fi***cial reports;
e. Other ad hoc reports required;

2) Controlling & forecast:
a. Coordinate the planning and forecasting process on AOP;
b. Budget, forecast and control over all operating expenditure items;
c. Liaison with Asia fi***cial team in regarding ASCC forecasting and PNL items;
d. Tracking on internal control process to ensure no audit issue from internal & external auditing;
3) Business partner
a. Provide quality fi***cial solution and workable approach to other functions;
b. Support ad hoc request from other functions and line manager;
c. Coaching juniors in the team.

Requirements and/or Advantages应聘要求
1) Undergraduate degree, major in Accounting and Fi***ce;
2) Big 4 experience is preferred;
3) Excellent MS office skills, especially in Excel and PPT;
4) Excellent in both written and spoken English;
5) Good communication skills;
