职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for market research, information collection, provide project area regional and potential market research;
2) Participate in the project pre-positioning and feasibility analysis, pre-strategic research, urban renewal research;
3) Complete real estate projects promotion concept, advertising positioning and strategy, media strategy, etc.
4) Drafting periodic promotion report, activity program, marketing strategy.
5) With strong creativity and be responsible for preparing corporate profiles, booklet, product introduction and other publicity materials and copywriting;
6) Responsible for the company advertising language, soft text and other related text editing and writing work;
7) Create a variety of promotional materials according to business needs to;
8) Write brand promotion plan, advertising copywriting and other related text work;
9) Other tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree or above, marketing, real estate management and other related majors;
2) At least 5 years’ experience in real estate project planning
3) Ability to independently complete project planning report, project positioning plan, investment / sales plan, investment / sales strategy, opening / launching and other large activities planning work
4) Open-minded, profound knowledge of writing
5) Skilled use of WORD, EXCEL, PPT and other office software and other data analysis software;
6) With a profound knowledge of the wording, rich marketing knowledge, familiar with different marketing theories;
7) Capability of brand planning, promoting and program writing and editing skills;

Huan De Future City Property (Shenzhen) Co., Limited, located in the Longgang District is an international real estate developer. The company was founded by Huan De Group whose shareholder is Tucher & Schmied Family. The project running by Huan De Future City is China European Future City (CEFC) which is located in the international low carbon city of Longgang District under the support of NDRC and Shenzhen municipal government. It is the pilot project under the EU-China Partnership on Urbanization.
