职位描述：
Job Title: 培训专员/ Training Specialist

Work Location: HuiYang ,HuiZhou

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and make annual training plan according to the requirements of business development requirements.
2. Manage training budget, annual training plans implement and analyze training effectiveness regularly.
3. Manage and implement internal trainer policy, develop and set up trainer team to meet the internal training requirements.
4. Be responsible for making and analyzing training report to meet the training requirements.
5. Assist to coordinate/organize communication/employee activities events as needed.
6. All other activities assigned by leaders.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, preferred in Human Resource/Electronic/English or related.
2. 3+ years training experience at least.
3. Proactive and enthusiasm attitude ,good communication, interpersonal and convincing ability.
4. Good command of spoken and written English.
5. Good presentation ,Microsoft office operation skills. 举报 分享
