JOB BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS/岗位要求
1. Chemistry, Material and engineering related with at least bachelor degree.
2. 5+ years in IC industry. Direct fab experience is preferred.
3. Sound knowledge of quality tools and statistical skills, including cause-and-effect diagram, check sheet, histogram, Pareto chart, SPC, control plan, and failure modes-and-effects analysis.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good at writing technical reports.
5. Team oriented and responsive.
6. Be able to work under high pressure.
7. Proficient in MS Office.
8. Willing to travel.
MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES/主要工作职责
1. Manage customer quality complaints
- Work with account manager and field application engineer to collect and understand customer quality issues and manage the problem definition process.
- Lead and drive product quality issues i***estigation and push improvement actions in the company.
- Prepare quality report (8D reports, etc) and update to customers in a timely manner.
2. Provide feedback to internal team regarding to customers demand on quality standard, expectation on product quality, and drive for continuous improvements.
3. Support customer quality audits
4. Support the quality improvement activities with customers
