Mission:
Lead Sunroof sub-component APQP activities for new Program Launches from supplier kick off until serial Production. Coordinate Supply Base related Quality activities for the full BOM of a new Sunroof launch.
Specific Duties:
1.Support sourcing selection by new supplier audit.
2.Coordinate with Project team, Plant Quality team and IPD Commodity SQD team to solve the supplier issue for new project before serial production.
3.Tracking all the supplier issues which happened during new project production and push IPD commodity SQD team to feedback the action plans for supplier issues.
4.Communicate to supplier and IPD commodity SQD team to Maintain Program related Quality documentation (QMT, Open Issue list, Supplier weekly Maturity, ...).
5.Tracking supplier PPAP approval status with IPD commodity SQD team and ensure PPAP maturity on time.
6.Take leader to finish hand over job from IPD commodity SQD team to Inalfa Plant SQE team. (PPAP documents transfer, handover list signature..etc..)
7.Represent the Supplier Quality function to attend relative new project meetings.
8.Represent the Supplier Quality function in front of the Customer for relative projects if needed.
Attributes/Skills Required
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Problem solving analysis skills with a logical and methodical approach (8D, 5Why, Cause/Effect Diagram, Root Cause)
- Personal flexibility to travel
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Quality approach
- Leadership skills Experience
Education Required
- Graduate Engineer (Mechanical/ Production)
- Previous working experience of at least 3 years in automotive industry in the fields of APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC
- Prefer experience with Project Management
