职位描述：
1.To play a lead role in defining and continually developing / improving the sites Health, Safety (18001) and Environmental management (14001) systems , effectively managing all associated procedures , documentation and records.
2.Communicate effectively with all site functions on all matters relating to site Health, Safety (18001) and Environment (14001), including the target setting of related business KPI’s and objectives.
3.Communicate effectively with all relevant external agencies ( BYQ Labor Bureau, Technical Supervising Bureau, Fire Brigade, Safety supervision Bureau, YK Technical supervision Bureau, etc. YK disease controlling center ) on all matters relating to site Health , Safety and Environment.
4.Conducting periodic work place assessments of systems compliance, ensuring the relevant H, S & E rules and procedures are being effectively interpreted and implemented by the site management team and duly followed by their respective subordinates ( LOTO , PPE usage etc.) with a particular focus on employee safe behavior / compliance.
5.Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness and suitability of the sites Health , Safety (18001) and Environment management (14001) systems with respect to business plan KPI’s and corrective / preventive actions resulting from supporting site audit / inspection activities.
6.Assist the Plant Manager by coordinating the relevant inputs and outputs for the H&S (18001) and Environmental ( 14001 ) systems review.
7.To be proactively engaged in investigating opportunities for energy / emission reduction , supporting both environmental ( 14001 ) improvements and financial cost reductions, working collaboratively with the site management team to realize these objectives.
任职要求：
1. A minimum of 7 years experience in a H, S & Environmental role
2.Preferably 5 years experience in the refractories industry with knowledge of associated machinery and materials.
3.CET 6 level English,flunt English for communication.
4. Trained lead auditor in both ISO 14001 & 18001 Management Systems.
