职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities:
？ Responsible for ICD (Interface Check Document) confirmation, schematics development and related device frame and component data base set up.
？ Harness Partitioning, wire list and connector list verification
？ Wire harness layout verification & change management/implementation on the drawing & 2D/3D drawings release
？ Vehicle power distribution design base on electrical device information, Fuse and relay definition base on vehicle power consumption. Ground distribution designs (Dirty/clean ground, and ground group integration) for vehicle and work with CAD engineer for each ground location.
？ Lead suppliers to design and develop schematics to meet all requirements including CAN Bus length check, Circuit protection design and inline connector’s signal definition. Circuit number naming and wire size definition.
？ Created the wiring harness function list with the option code base on the vehicle feature list. Option code to be defined on each circuit for schematics.
？ Work with CAD and harness DRE to define device code and connector PN, clearly familiar with connector pin layout.
？ Familiar with the Design tool such as Catia, UG, CHS, EB-cable, …
？ Create and review with team for schematic DFMEA.
？ Familiar with energy management for vehicle parking time and power consumption.
？ Create the vehicle current load chart and familiar with power mode.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
？ BS, MS preferred in Electrical Engineering/or Mechanical-electronic engineering or equivalent degree
？ 4+ years of experience in wiring harness design and development
？ Schematics design, interface check with electrical device information and vehicle power/energy management.
？ Experience in Schematics design process including Design FMEA, Design Verification Planning/Reports.
？ Understanding of basics for electrical engineering as science
