Job Duties
Manage IT operation transition from major release/projects to ensure stability of production e***ironment
Setup test e***ironment for application teams of different projects
Work closely with the QA team not only within Strategic Components but the main QA team to ensure bank best standards and practices are adhered to
Work with other teams to devise and produce meaningful reports of system quality, according to the requests from different stakeholders.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business contacts;

Candidate Specifications
Excellent analysis and testing skills from a quality assurance / performance testing background
Both a teamwork approach and self-sufficiency
Ability to work independently/flexibly and take responsibility for all areas of work as required.
Good trouble-shooting and task management skills
Python or Java skills to automate repeatable work and to product web-based reports is a preference
Good technical knowledge on Unix, Linux and Windows XP platform. Scripting experience on Unix and Linux.
Testing high performance computing solutions and providing quality assurance.
Experience of test automation and deployment automation
Experience with multi-threaded, distributed systems spanning regions, hardware and technology.
Excellent written and spoken English, good interpersonal skills.

Ideal Experience (following skills/experiences would be an added advantage)
Knowledge of continuous integration e***ironment. For example TeamCity, Hudson.
Knowledge of auto deployment tools such as ansible, Jenkins, IBM G3
Grid computing, particularly DataSynapse, and data fabrics such as Coherence, GigaSpaces or Terracotta.
Working as a collective with automated testing colleagues (locally and aboard), performance testers, and developers.
Knowledge of software development: exposure to Python/Java development and tools.
Knowledge of different aspects of software testing and performance testing.
Agile development/dev ops practices, or at least to be aware of the concept if not practical experience, e.g. Test Driven Development, Scrum, Behaviour Driven Development, Continuous Delivery, Automation and Continuous Integration practices. 举报 分享
