职位描述：
主要职责：
- 保持和确保承包商工作的质量符合客户品牌标准。
- 密切监督承包商提供的交货状态等完成物品等。
- 与承包商，助理经理一起参加每周“热点”会议，以监测该项目的进展情况。
- 负责整体项目营运。
- 审查和监督承包商时间表。
- 审查，批准和签署所有指令（根据权限级别）。
- 签署和管理与承包商的所有信件 - （根据权限级别）。
- 与组织中的其他部门联络并合作，确保项目取得成功。经理将在这些事务上发挥主导作用，负责确保所有其他部门的交付。
- 编制每周报告的项目，以反馈进展给客户。
- 客户指导的任何其他责任。

技能，经验与教育要求：
- 至少8年的丰富高端精装潢经验 - 项目管理和施工现场管理。
- 流利英语
- 国际经验需要娱乐空间项目经验（即电影，戏剧，画廊，博物馆等）。
- 拥有良好的沟通和客户服务技能。
- 注重细节和作品质量。
- 能够在压力和期限内工作，能够作为团队的一部分工作，并且是一个自我激励和平易近人的人。
- 熟练掌握Excel，Word，PowerPoint，MS Project等软件中的高级技能。

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and ensure the quality of contractor work meets the client brand standards.
- Monitors closely all contractor supplied finish items for delivery status, etc.
- Attend weekly “hot list” meeting with contractors, assistant managers to monitor that project is on track.
- Responsible for overall project turnover to operations.
- Review and monitor contractors schedule.
- Reviews, approves and signs all directives (according to level of authority).
- Sign and manage all correspondence with contractor(s)-(according to level of authority).
- Liaise and work with other departments within the organization to ensure the project is a success. The manager will take the lead role in these matters and be responsible to ensure all other departments deliver.
- Compile weekly reports for project(s) in order to feedback progress to Chief Development Officer. & VP, Special Projects.
- Any other responsibilities as directed by Chief Development Officer & VP, Special Projects.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience solid experience – project management and construction site management.
- International experience required entertainment space project experience (ie. cinema, theater, gallery, museum etc).
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Have a strong attention to detail and quality of works.
- Able to work under pressure and towards deadlines, be able to work as part of a team, and be a self-motivated and approachable and friendly person.
- IT literate and skilled to a high level in software such as excel, word, PowerPoint, MS Project
