职位描述：
To develop, manage, and lead a team of production line activities including: participating and implementing strategic and business goals of company, implementing production plan to satisfy customer's requirement, improving production processes to enhance quality and work efficiency, providing strong support to ensure new products generation.

1.Production Operation: Manage and balance workforce. Arrange and Implement production plan to meet shipment requirement and ensure products' quality. Manage i***entory in production line includes parts and WIP. Create and review products routing, k-BOM, and parts' safety stock of production lines in SAP.
2.Process improvement: Manage and continue improve production process to enhance the quality and maximize the production efficiency and productivity.
3.People management and development: Recruit, select, appraises performance, and administers salaries of reporting employees; create training plan and development plan for employees; determine assignments and change employee status in accordance with personnel policy of company.
4.Business goal support: Understand business strategic priorities; participate and implement business plan of production line to support the realization of goals and tactical plans of company.
5.New products support: Create production department plan, prototype build plan and organize the building to make sure the project is in schedule. Set up new production line with lean manufacture knowledge.
6.Work e***ironment: Manage processes to ensure a safe, clean and orderly work e***ironment in production line.
7.Budget: Establish budget and targets and control its implementation for assigned area of responsibility.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor degree with 5 years working experience in manufacturing. Production line management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability of process, quality management with TQM, six sigma, lean manufacture and related knowledge.
- Good English skill of reading, verbal and writing.
- Demonstrated communication skills, speaks effectively and listens actively to others.
- Demonstrated ability of lead and coach skill to develop people; to encourage and recognize development and improvement; Provide public credit for improved performance.
- Demonstrated ability to work with peers, partners, others and actively engage in collaborative behavior.
- Has experience on production line transfer and new products generation.
