职位描述：
Job responsibilities：
1.Responsible for IT project life cycle management, from project preparation through go-life, including but not limited to project feasibility study, project research, and implementation.
2.Execute and implement the project plan and be responsible for monitoring and controlling the progress, quality, cost of the project in accordance with the company’s policies and management objectives.
3.Monitor the project progress and proactively identify and solve potential risks.
4.Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget and meet prescribed standards.
5.Coordinate with business units, customer support, project vendors, to solve IT system problems.
6.Work with internal counterparts to identify user requirements, create and executive solution plans accordingly.
7.Provide support to business units on the analysis of target customers and product development by using big data technology.
8.Liaise with MVNO business information system vendors to make recommendations on system optimization, and conduct supplier performance review on system support and maintenance.
 Job requirements：
1.Master degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics and Communication Engineering
2.Holder of PMP with strong knowledge in information system project management
3.8+ years’ experience in Telecom software development
4.5+ years’ project management experience in Telecom industry, with strong ability in project control and documentation
5.Be able to understand and analyze business needs from technical perspective
6.Experience on IT projects with China Telecom Global Limited will be an advantage

岗位职责
1、 负责项目从可研到合同，再到需求调研和项目管理以及项目上线支持，项目全生命周期的管理工作；
2、严格执行公司的各项规章制度，编制工程实施计划，对项目实施的进度、质量、成本、等管理目标的最终实现负责；
3、对所负责项目进行日常管理，定期收集项目信息，评估项目风险；
4、负责项目整体按项目范围在规定的时间和成本范围内交付；
5、对接客服、业务部门，协调后端供应商，全流程跟踪解决处理提出的IT系统问题;
6、分析产品的需求，给出建议解决方案,协调各相关系统实施;
7、对业务的数据进行统计和分析，使用大数据方法对业务的目标用户和产品发展提供支撑;
8、负责与MVNO业务相关IT系统的供应商进行沟通协调形成系统优化建议，并对有关供应商进行运营支撑考核评价。
岗位要求
1、 计算机、通信电子类专业硕士及以上学位；
2、 持有PMP认证，具备信息系统的项目管理知识；
3、 8年以上从事电信行业软件开发的相关工作经验；
4、 5年以上电信企业项目管理经验, 有较强的项目管控能力，擅长项目管理相关文档的撰写；
5、 有较强的业务需求捕获、分析及文档撰写能力
6、 参与过中国电信国际有限公司相关IT项目者优先
