Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Communicate the demands of internal and external customers to the operation, creating a production plan that can be executed in a sequence defined in accordance with customers' needs.
* Clearly communicate results and expectations of performance to internal suppliers
* Assign priorities to material requirements
* Execute the sales and operation plan effectively and on time
* Manage the customer's needs, informing the areas involved of the needs on time
* Create and release a detailed production plan to the Operations area
* Keep the customer informed about the status of his orders
* Develop and implement the fulfilment plan to ensure customer satisfaction at all points of sale
* Responsible for leading the review boards with Operations and other support team.
