Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for WJ PRC GAAP closing and prepare PRC GAAP report for external audit
- Be responsible for mthly & annual EIT filing, Export VAT rebate, Tax Audit and Annual Business License verification
- Support Commercial team & Adm team on annual budget & forecast process, and provide the mthly actual expense comparison report for control
- Prepare Cash Flow Forecast and assist on Cash Flow Control including Interco loan application
- Support Project team on project ID setup and mthly actual spending reporting
- Assist on new product launch- analysis & integration process in term of VAT
- Assist on Local authority subsidy application and HNTE qualification
- Prepare US Tax provision report




Project involved with:
- To help the project set up project ID, activity & budget based on approved AR and provide mthly project spending tracking report




Reporting Structure: Report to Hiring manager




Direct reports: Junior Accountant




Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree of Accounting related subject
- 6-7 years of experience in GL, VAT, Export Rebate, Treasury, AP/AR and budget & forecast.





Required Skills
- Sound experience with ERP
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Oral and written English

- Be comfortable initiating cross-functional communication and coordination.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple tasks
