Requirement:
- Language: Fluent in English and mandarin(writing/listening/speaking)
- 5-8 years training experience in skincare/retail
- Well-equipped with professional skincare knowledge and skills
- Strong selling skills and customer service experiences.
- People oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Candidates from giant beauty group are highly preferred

Responsibility:
- Conduct Training session with the different target group or individual
- Develop training program based on training needs or modify and improve existing program according to knowledge gaps
- Check and coach the sales staff in the field level to consistently implement customer service standards with proper grooming
- Closely evaluate and monitor staff progress and support them in developing their skills and knowledge to improve performances.
- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating cross-function support with routine job functions.
- Work closely with sales team to ensure smooth sales operations at shops
- When in need, follow through with customer inquiry or complaints relating to products and store services 举报 分享
