Responsibilities
Establish the Quality Management System for Zhenjiang EG H2O2 plant basing on ISO9001:2015 requirement and customer demand
Manage the definition, implementation and follow-up of quality processes, with a strong link with the GBU Quality Group and customer requirements.
 Ensure the understanding and compliance with QM System during daily operation, e.g. help identify changes and non-conformity events, prepare and check on quality documents, analyze quality incidents, identify root causes, and initiate effective corrective actions.
 Be the contact person from plant for customer quality issues, work with commercial and technical support teams on customer interactions. Prepare customer visits/audits and ensure quick follow-up and closure of findings and gaps.
Supervision on the daily operation of the laboratory.

Bachelor’s degree, Master preferred, in Chemistry or Engineering
Qualification as Quality engineer desirable, Six Sigma and Lean experience would be a plus
5+ years of experience in Quality inside Semiconductor, Electronic, Chemical, Pharma or Automotive industry ？ Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is a must; experience of ISO certification is a plus
Experience in working with business applications (e.g. SAP and MS Office), QM applications and Statistics applications (e.g. Minitab, R, JMP).
 Analytical, structured, self-started, self-confident, results-oriented.
Strong change leadership profile.
Management experience of laboratory is a plus
 Strong communication skills, ability to build bridges across organization boundaries, deliver impact through influence, work cross-culturally and cross-functionally.
 Flexible and pro-active in resolving issues
