职位描述：
CCC Information Services Inc. is currently looking for dynamic individual to join as a Senior HR Generalist. Be responsible for HR policies and procedures, as well as employee communications and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and improve HR policies and make sure all the policies and processes are in accordance with legal compliance.
Process monthly local and expatriate payroll, including consolidating operator’s attendance record, tracking variable data, validating CIIC benefit payment
Manage monthly, quarterly and yearly regular report by timeline
Recommend policies and procedures to enhance delivery of HR services.
Establish and improve employee communication system such as newsletter and employee website.
Organize and coordinate employee activities and events.
Support HR operations

Bachelor's degree in human resources or psychology or business
5+ years of working experiences in HR field
Familiar with labor law & related policies
Demonstrate solid experiences on HR policies, principles, procedures creation and review.
Experiences on employee communication and events
Good verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese 举报 分享
