Archibat Asia正在为一家知名的欧洲建筑设计公司寻找一名Senior Site Project Manager,
工作地点: 深圳
Responsibilities:
· Comprehend the requirements of each project by conferring with clients in detail
· Prepare, plan and implement project plans according to instruction provided
· Coordinate meeting agendas and prepare materials for project meetings
· Assist designers to manage and oversee the implementation stage
· Assist designers to communicate daily with clients, consultants and contractors
· Asssist designers to ensure that the design information is understood and coordinated by all contractors
· To attend site meetings and ensure all correspondences are communicated between all parties
· To review and answer site queries from clients, consultants and contractors
· To review technical and material submissions from contractors
· To provide design solutions on onsite, assist with minor amendments to existing design, and revise the CAD drawings whereas necessary
· To review contractor site progress report, ensure design compliance and construction quality
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in Interior Design Industry
- Over 5 years of site coordination and implementation
- excellent communication skills, with fluency in mandarin and English (both reading and writing).
- very pro-active individual with fantastic problem solving skills and able to confidently organize working schedules.
- Knowledge of CAD and Microsoft Office is required, working knowledge of Sketchup and Photoshop would be beneficial.
