职位描述：
- To regularly monitor and manage the HSSE and quality performance of 3rd party contractor

- To manage the service level of logistics operation of 3rd party service contractor to make sure 3PL to meet with bp requirement as per contract.

- To manage the 3rd party transportation and warehouse operation

- Act as owner of operations within the area of accountability, ensuring all activities, products and services are appropriately documented to allow for regulatory applicability to be captured. Act as point of contact for these operations to create appropriate compliance tasks

- To communicate and train to 3rd party contractor on all bp requirements including HSSE, Quality, Service, KPIs, etc. and make sure their understanding and implementation accordingly

- To conduct site visit, risk assessment, inspection and verification to responsible 3rd party service contractors to measure and continuous improve the performance to make sure their operation and performance meet related bp requirements as defined in each contract and as per WWC program.

- To monitor the stock level and proceed the stock drop action in JDE upon receipt the signed DN/DRNs, process monthly stock reconciliation as well as conduct stock take.


- To deliver some projects within CF marine team in terms of cost saving, new ports development, HSSE improvement, etc. And follow up MOC process.

- To regular communicate, monitor, verify, review and manage the HSSE performance, quality and service level of logistics operation of responsible 3rd party service contractor to make sure the safe logistics

- To quarterly communicate and share with 3rd party contractors for the lesson learn and best practice in terms of HSSE, quality and service level.

- To quarterly review and rating the performance to responsible 3rd party contractors and with feedback session together with action plan ‘


A university degree

- A minimum 3 years experience logistics management in joint venture enterprise
- Sound knowledge of commercial law and import & export business
- Experience on inventory control, stock take and 3rd party contractor management
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin
- Good logistic management skill and HSSE knowledge
- Good quality control awareness
- Experienced in managing 3rd party service contractors.
- Experienced in ISO 900 documentation system
