职位描述

Job description:

  • Manage day to day operations and ensure all SLAs are met
  • Team Management
  • Discuss performance with team members and provide timely feedback
  • Process Improvement Initiatives
  • Identify training and development needs for individuals and the team
  • Work as SME for the process
  • Processing complex transactions
  • Help team in clarifying their queries while processing & in understanding new process updates.
  • Manage client communication and build relationships with counterparts from client organization.
  • Performance management and appraisal of team member's performance on a regular and ongoing basis and documentation of the same
  • Responsible for resolving client escalations
  • Ensure the team is meeting and exceeding client SLAs as per SOW
  • Client interaction; understand and deliver as per client expectations; initiate process improvements accordingly
  • Help the Project Manager in running and growing the project - understand impact to revenue based on quality delivery
  • Understand the project objectives and drive the team towards achievement
  • Oversee E-SAT of respective team members.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Candidates having 4 to 6 years of experience in Back office operations
  • Prior Domain Knowledge preferred (Insurance)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Japanese & English.
  • Good people management skills
  • Independent decision making capability
  • Ability to analyze resolutions provided by team members and provide feedback to them including QA's and processors
  • Good knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Office application
  • Should be self motivated and able to motivate the team
  • Cultural Sensitization
  • Experience in client-interfacing role

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a Graduate
  • Good in verbal & written Japanese
  • Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge of Computers/ MS Office/ MS Excel
  • Basic Presentation skills
