职位描述
岗位职责
1、销售人员职位，在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2、协助渠道伙伴策划市场活动，并负责推进市场活动展开；
3、完成代理商、大代理商的拓展、沟通、签约等工作；
4、支持和维系渠道关系；
5、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
任职资格
1、专科及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业；
2、2年以上渠道销售工作经验，有大区渠道市场开拓经验者优先；
3、熟悉产品市场动态及分销商体系，有分销商渠道开发及管理运营经验；
4、具有较强的组织协调能力、良好的沟通能力、语言表达能力和分析判断能力；
5、热爱渠道销售工作。

Qualifications
1.college or above,major in marketing or related majors;
2.2years of channel sales working experience,regional channel marketing experience is preferred;
3.Be familiar with the product market dynamic and distributors system,a distributor channel development and management operation experience;
4.Have strong organization coordinated ability,good coummunication skills,language ability and the analysis judgment ability;
5.Love channel sales work.
