职位描述：
Report to: China EHS Manager
Location: Shanghai
Travel: 50%+

？ Training/Coaching and Audit
？ Perform daily RMBWAs and site protocol audits as appropriate.
？ Audit correct condition and usage PPE by toolset
？ Ensure all safety equipment is available/certified/calibrated within timelines.
？ Certified trainer for classroom EHS courses
？ Assist in respirator fit testing
？ Office safety & Ergo auditor.
？ Mentor FSEs on EHS policies
？ Coordination, tracking and reporting
？ Coordinate annual evacuation drill
？ Coordinate annual occupational health check
？ Understand the EHS (Lam and customer) procedures and Policies. Be the central point of contact for Lam on any queries from Lam resources.
？ Ensure all safety retrofits are managed and implemented in a timely manner.
？ Work with the China EHS manager on all safety related items
？ Track EHS metrics for the site and issue weekly report to stakeholders
？ Coordinate monthly SAFE meetings for all Lam resources at your site
？ Assist Lam EHS with investigation of any site safety incidents/first aids.
？ LSP EHS performance tracking and management

Qualification:
3 years+ EHS working experience
Bachelor degree or above, major at safety engineering, chemical or mechanical related area
