职位描述：

IB课程幼儿园体育老师岗位月薪： 6000-10000元

（经验较浅者可应聘体育助教岗位，薪酬4000-6000元）

工作职责：

1. 根据各班的IB课程教学计划，认真做好体育教学工作计划，实施课程，并担任晨练、早操等户外活动设计与督导；

2. 掌握全园体育器材设备分布情况，做好相应功能室、户外活动场的使用、维护、玩具保管及安全监督工作；

3. 组织各类体育比赛活动并拟定实施计划，做好大型集会的队伍纪律组织工作；

4. 参与教育教学改革、课程建设，了解学生成长过程中的生理、心理特点，帮助学生提高体能素质，务必达到教育局对幼儿园阶段各年龄小朋友的体能标准及户外活动课时的要求；

5. 协同保健医生，使学校体育与卫生保健工作密切结合，对主动配合班主任、保健医生做好学生的体检和保健工作；

6. 根据幼儿园的工作安排，协助教学部其他工作。

任职资格：

1. 大专以上学历，体育教育、运动相关专业毕业；

2. 三年以上幼儿园年龄幼儿一线体育教学工作经验，能独立完成体育教学、大型体育活动、晨练的计划及实施工作；

3. 有国际幼儿园教学经验者优先，持有幼儿教师资格证优先；

4. 有篮球、足球、武术，特长者优先，省队、国家队运动员、教练员优先，有获得全国冠军、世界冠军者优先；

5. 具备体育教育或学前教育相关理论知识，能够独立开展幼儿园的体育教学工作；

6. 形象健康，亲和力强，具备较强的语言交流能力、活动组织能力，工作责任心强；

7. 能够操作各类常用办公软件；

8. 能够熟练运用普通话、粤语、英语进行日常的沟通和交流者优先。
