Job Expectation
The System architecture is responsible for the product development from conception to
products launch.
The position requires working in a multi-cultural, diverse and dedicated team of
Marketing, Electrical team, Firmware team and ATE team to design solar-driven
consumer-electronics products
Position Description
1. Manage the software team, firmware team and ATE team, work with PM and
sourcing team to meet product design schedule and cost requirement.
2. Collaborate with Marketing and other cross functional teams to develop and qualify
products that meet specification, reliability, regulatory.
3. Establish and maintain platforms and design guideline for SW/ FW/ ATE
4. Work jointly with Product architect and overseas development team to accomplish
product design goal.
5. Take risk and ownership to keep optimizing current design and process.
6. Keep innovation with new techniques and ideas
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Software Engineering or related major;
2. At least 8 years experiences in software and firmware development and product
sustaining;
3. Familiar with ATE, firmware, software design;
4. Must be able to work independently and ability to perform under pressure ;
5. Strong communication skills (Good English both in speaking and writing is
preferred).
