With its rapid business development, naked Hub has ambitious plans in China and the Asia region with the aim to open 20-30 hubs across Asia and China in 2017. In accordance with this fast growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the General Manager-F&B position.
Responsibilities:
? Overall administration and operation of the Food & Beverage Division including the maximization of profits, enhancement of member's satisfaction through establishment of quality
? Pro-opening preparation of Food & Beverage Division, design,
? Assist in the day to day operations of the Food & Beverage Division, ensuring all service standards are followed
? Execute the delivery of all Food & Beverage promotions and new menus.
? Assist and guide the Food & Beverage department achieve their financial and operational targets
? Adhere to the annual budget and administer it in a fiscally responsible manner
? Monitor control of food, beverage, labor and operating expenses throughout the F&B division
? Participate in planning and developing merchandise and F&B products, programs and promotions.
? Utilize his or her market knowledge to determine merchandise and F&B prices.
? Develop new merchandise and F&B product sales and packages initiatives to drive profit and maximize F&B revenue.
? Monitor all customer service standards, constantly seeking ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits.
? Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
? Follow all safety policies
? Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

? College graduate with a four-year degree
? Strong business acumen with communication, problem solving and strategic thinking
? Manpower planning experience
? Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
? Ability to communicate to groups of customers or employees of the organization
? Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
? Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
? Versatile, flexible, adapt quickly to change and connect: you are excited by fast-paced, fast-changing environments
