Responsibility
Inspection/commission in workshop/site:
？ Review and understand applicable contractual requirements (regulations, technical standards, specifications, etc).
？ Define and review Quality Plan, Inspection and Test plans, and relevant procedures
？ Review and validate inspection of assignment documentation (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedule, milestones, reporting, logistics, coordination procedure, etc.)
？ Perform workshop inspection in related rolling stock field, such as interior parts, wheel-sets, under-frame, car body structure and assembly, etc.
？ Perform site inspection in related project, such as rolling stock, etc.
？ Perform commission and debugging on site for vehicles.
Design reviewer(partly) and assessor:
？ Review applicable contractual requirements (technical standards, specifications, etc.)
？ Define and review drawings / files / plans and the relevant procedures review and validation of design (technical aspects, reference documentation, schedules, drawings, milestones, reporting, logistics, coordination procedure, etc.)
？ Define Bureau Veritas interventions
？ Select the most appropriate design or inspection techniques
？ Execute design review or inspection according to predefined QHSE plan and the established design or inspection procedures / techniques
？ Execute design review or inspection reporting, including Non-Conformities (NCR’s) and other applicable deliverables
？ Ensure quality of design review or inspection according to BV Quality System
？ Interpret results of survey or inspection (required by more experienced Engineer)
？ Supervise inspection according to predefined Quality Plan, and the established inspection procedures / techniques
？ Define interventions
？ Review and appraise inspection procedures
？ Select the most appropriate inspection techniques
？ Make decisions on the quality issues independently
？ Execute inspection reporting, including treatment of non-conformities (NCR’s) and other applicable deliverables
？ Ensure quality of inspection according to BV Quality System
？ Interpret design review result or inspection results
？ Follow-up the NCR’s and the corrective actions
？ Respect security guidelines of BV and safeguard personal security in the working environment
？ Continuous learning and developing in his area of responsibility
Responsibility
？ Education: Bachelor degree or above level in Rolling Stock Engineering, preferably with education background in electrical engineering.
？ Working Experience: at least 5 years’ related working experience, with background in Electrical engineering, commissioning /debugging for rolling stock.
？ Fully conversant with relevant inspection techniques and able to select most appropriate technique
？ Able to travel and work on site for long period of time
？ Good knowledge of national and/or international code, standard and regulation, such as GB/TB,UIC,EN,TSI,AAR etc.;
？ Familiar with Quality Management System (ISO, IRIS, etc); 举报 分享
