职位描述
岗位职责
1、带领并指导重要品牌的创意构思及执行,保证并监督创意部的作品质量；
2、负责广告策略的制定，广告作品的创意设计，同时能带领创作团队进行工作，善于利用、引导团队开发创作；
3、负责带领创意团队并对部门成员进行专业培训和指导；
4、协调创意制作部与其它部门之间的工作关系；
5、定期作出部门评估报告和发展建议,协同公司发展制定部门成本规划。
任职资格
1、新闻传播学、广告学等专业专科以上学历；
2、3年以上同等职位、4A广告公司优先考虑；
3、具备品牌策略观念，创作视野开阔；
4、良好语言表达和沟通能力，具备团队思维；
5、具备良好的专业能力，有可以追溯的成功经验；
6、创作欲望强烈，创意构思独特、表现力强，具有良好的团队协作精神；

Responsibilities
1.lead and guide the creative ideas and execution of the important brand,guarantee and supervise the quality of the creative department;
2.be responsible for the formulation of the advertising strategy,the creative design of the advertising works,and at the same time can lead the creative team to work,be good at using and leading team to develop the creation;
3.be responsible for the leading of the creative team and give training and gudiance to the team menbers;
4.coordinate the working relationship between the creative production department and other departments;
5.regularly make out department assessment report and development suggestions,formulate the department cost planning according to the development of the company.
Qualifications
1.news,advertising and other professional,college or above degree;
2.3 years or above working experience in the same position,have experience in 4A is preferred;
3.have a strategy concept and a creative vision;
4.good language expression and communicationskills,have team thinking;
5.have a good professional ability,have the successful experience that can be traced to;
6.a strong desire of composing,distinctive creative conception,strong expressiveness,a good teamworking spirit.
