岗位职责：
The Store Operation Manager is responsible to set up and develop a robust and reliable procedure of operation for an online store. Meanwhile, she/he should lead the customer service tram to supporting sales and achieve business objectives.
1、Drive efficient store operation and maximize the profits.
2、Optimize the efficiency of the store pages and working closely with marketing team with online / digital campaign.
3、Track, report and analyse sales information according to defined or ad-hoc requests.
4、Ensure the integrity of the data. Ensure the correctness of sales data. The daily / weekly /monthly report data collection.
5、Be the 2nd level customer service to handle complains and escalations. Handle the customer issue to keep customer loyalty
6、Manage the customer service team to ensure the quality service is delivered.
7、Work closely with supply chain team to monitor the fulfilment of the orders.
8、Support the field sales team on sales activities.
9、Overall measure the performance of store operation and keep high efficiency of the operation
任职要求：
Essential
1、University degree or above
2、More than 2 year E-commerce experiences.
Expert on store operations and daily communications
Proficient with the data analytical skills.
3、Strong computer and analytical skills, including Excel, forecast tools and SAP computer application
Design software experiences.
4、E-commerce related business experience (business operations, customer service)
Preferred：
1、Business administration or Marketing or Ecommerce
2、Prefer Tmall, JD or other B2B platform experience.
3、Photoshop, Illustrator or Core Draw experience preferred
4、More than 2 year experience E-Commerce operations
