职位描述：
1.安排运转值班人员的日常轮班工作，监督其执行状况，并指导值班人员进行重大设备故障处理。
Plan the routine job of operator and be responsible for follow up and inspection, supervise the major trouble shooting of facility equipments.
2.编写并及时更新设备维保SOP，保持SOP切实有效，并负责对操作人员的培训。
Create and update the equipment maintenance SOP，and keep the effectiveness of the SOP, and responsible for the training of operator
3.建立厂务系统备品备件清单，并对其进行统计管理
Create the spare parts list of facility systems, and carry on the statistical management
4.建立设备台帐，制定切实有效的设备维保计划，并确保维保工作正确实施， 保证各系统设备良好的功况
Create equipment account and establish the effective equipment maintenance plan. Ensure the correct implementation and maintenance work, and keep all utility equipment in good condition for production.
5.建立并执行部门预算计划，并确保部门预算和费用支出控制在年度目标内。
Achieve financial objectives by preparing departmental budgets and capital appropriation requests scheduling expenditures.
6.管理公共设施关键系统及其设备（厂房设施，变配电，给排水，空调通风系统，冷却水系统，压缩空气系统等）
Manage the key system of public facility such as workshop, power distribution, water supply and drainage system, exhaust and air-condition system, cooling water and process chilled water system, compressed air system and so on.
7.确保动力、能源设备正常运作，制定设备、机器的安装计划，提出并执行改进设备运行条件的方法。
Establish and maintain an efficient support system to ensure the machine performance, recommend and implement measures to resolve related problems and improve performance and condition of machines, tools and equipments.
8.提供公用动力系统（空调、热水、电力、燃气及压缩空气）及各建筑物的改造及新增安装服务。
Provide air-condition, hot water, electric power, natural gas and compressed air by directing installation, modification on utility systems and be responsible for reconstruction of all buildings.
9.作为安全、环境管理的成员之一，参与并履行相关安全环境的职能。与当地政府相关职能部门（环卫、安监、卫生监测等）保持密切及良好的合作关系，及时有效地完成“三同时”工作。
Participate as part of environmental management team with responsibility and authority for execution of environmental management system. Keep good relationship with local government.
10.按照TS16949、ISO14001, OHSAS18000流程履行工作职能。
Perform job functions according to appropriate TS-16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 work instructions.
1、3~5年以上厂务设施管理、维护经验
3~5 years related experience in maintanance and equipment management.
2、熟悉厂务运行管理，熟悉暖通、冰机、空压机、锅炉等系统
Be famaliar with plant operation management including gas piping, ice machine, air express machine, etc..
3、有机械、电子或汽车零部件制造行业工作经验者优先
Experience in macine, electricity or automobile component in prior.

Yanfeng KSS (Shanghai) Automotive Safety Systems Co., Ltd is a Sino-US joint venture co-invested by Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd and Key Safety Systems, Inc., with a total investment of USD 32.5 million and register capital of USD 13 million. Yanfeng KSS is specialized in the design, development, test, manufacture and sales of automotive restraint safety systems, including steering wheels, airbag modules, seatbelt, cushion and the whole vehicle restraint safety systems integration.
Yanfeng KSS has two production bases, Road xiupu base is located at the Kangqiao Industry Zone of Pudong Shanghai, with airbag modules manufacturing center,cushion manufacturing center and a world class technical center which has world class vehicle restraint safety system development capability. Yanfeng KSS is the first vehicle safety system supplier in China that has been equipped with dynamic sled crush test machine. The technical center not only undertakes its own safety system product R&D demand of the company, but also provides engineering development service to domestic and overseas OEMs. Lingang base is located at the Fengxian Lingang Industry Zone of Fengxian Shanghai, with steering wheels and seatbelts manufacturing center.
The company domestic business covers most of the major OEMs in China, such as SGM, SVW, SAIC, Beijing Hyundai, Changan Ford Mazda, FAW-VW, JAC, SGM Wuling, Geely, Chery, and etc. The company export business also reaches Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea, and etc. The company products have been well received among its domestic and overseas customers.
