职位描述

Position Title: Customer Quality Engineer
Report to:Quality Manager


Part 1. Describe the Position
Summary:
(1) Job Purpose: One-sentence description of the overall purpose/mission of the job; the rationale of why the job exists and how it contributes to the company.
(2) Goals and Objectives: Several bullet points for setting performance objectives.

A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.
?Lead new project or customer FAI/PPAP activity, like prototype make follow up, full dimension inspection
?Control plan, process review and capability study and so on
?Lead customer complaint handling and as the problem owner to organize team to fix the problem in 8D way, push internal process improvement
??Visit customer and handle some field service job if necessary
??Handle customer audit
??Update outgoing quality inspection plan to enhance inspection capability
??Customer PPM and quality issues monthly review, pass the voice of customer to internal process and continue push internal quality improvement with engineering, in-process quality and production
??Improve customer technical knowhow
??Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and increase customer satisfaction
??Support compliance to ISO9001/IRIS requirements
??Other tasks assigned by superior

Part 2. Describe the Person
A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).
??University education, major in mechanical engineering is preferred
??3+ years customer orientated quality management experience in automotive, railway industry is preferred
??A strong coordination and communication capabilities with internal process and external customer, adhere to the principle of strong sense of responsibility, integrity, good at learning and training
??Familiar with TS 16949, customer complaints handling method, technical support customer experience.
??IRIS is preferred.
??Knowledge of TS16949, FMEA, PPAP, 8D, APQP and SPC,CP Product & parts knowledge
??Excellent English both in Oral and written
