职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、规划和执行市场活动，以提升欧美佳电和代理品牌的品牌价值，维护品牌声誉;
Be responsible for planning and implementing marketing activities that strengthen Euroidea and its brands image and protect brand equity and reputation.
2、基于品牌沟通策略，新产品上市计划及季度销量预测，开拓市场沟通方案;
Develop marketing communication plans based on overall brand communication strategy, new product launch roadmap and sales seasonal focus.
3、领导并对新产品上市、展示以及相应活动进行监督;
Lead and monitor the execution of the new product launch, exhibition and campaign events through regional offices, sales force and media.
4、对团队进行高效管理，以推动团队目标的完美达成;
Provide effective line management of the communication team, providing clear leadership, direction and development, and driving forward the delivery of quality work against agreed objectives.
、针对所有市场策略及市场运营的事项，与市场团队、媒介、传播团队及其他相关部门保持高效沟通，推动品牌价值的提升;
Liaise within marketing team, category, media, PR and other relevant personals on all relevant strategic and operational matters that assist in effective collaboration and advancement of good practice, efficiency and strengthen Euroidea and its brands.
6、管理市场预算，并强化投入产出比;
Manage marketing budget, demonstrating value for money and return on investment.
7、对供应商及其他第三方实施有效管理。
Manage agencies and other 3rd parties in an efficient way
 
任职要求：
1、本科或以上学历
Bachelor’s degree or above
2、5年市场营销工作经验
5 years in marketing or related area
3、有跨部门多任务处理能力
Experience in leading multi-dimensional tasks across organizations
4、有数据收集和分析能力和经验
Experience in consumer and/or retail/ecommerce analytics
5、解决方案导向型
