职位描述：
工作职责
1）大专及以上学历，有市场渠道开拓及管理工作经验，业绩优秀；
2）熟悉医疗、美容、保健和高端服务的销售渠道，有丰富客户资源者优先；
3）形象气质佳，反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力和感染力；
4）市场感觉敏锐，有较强的逻辑分析能力和客户需求把握能力，能整体展开大客户开发、跟进、服务工作；
5）有责任心，能够承受一定的工作压力，有较强的团队协作精神。
任职资格
1）负责公司高端医疗项目的销售及客户维护；
2）根据公司业务需求制定渠道策略和销售目标，负责目标渠道的挖掘、支持、关系维护以及跟踪，进而实现销售目标；
3）开发和管理高端旅游、会所、俱乐部、健康管理、金融服务机构等大客户合作资源；
4）对各个渠道进行关系开发与拜访，制定相应渠道不同客户不同的推广和合作方案；
5）与渠道伙伴紧密协作，组织联合行动或促销行动，推动渠道销售与渠道合作者关系。
