工作职责：

· 与公司管理团队一起设计网站框架模式、网页和色彩系列

· 从用户的角度来观察网站并做出必要的修改

· 以用户为中心进行设计，其中包括解决概念问题、对颜色理论深入了解以及对版面进行专业的设计

· 了解网站用户流程，与网站测研团队一起根据测研数据来设计和改进网站

· 为公司设计市场推广资料

· 基于公司的战略、市场研究、交互设计、内容和技术创造性地设计公司的网站

· 制定设计部门的优化工作程序

· 对计划和结果进行沟通

· 与其他部门合作对用户研究、设计计划、使用效果进行界定和完善

Responsibilities:

· Work with management to design wireframes, webpages and color schemes

· Feel the product from a user’s perspective and make changes, adjustments as necessary

· User-centered Interactive graphic design skills including conceptual problem solving, in depth understanding of color theory and typographic proficiency

· Understand website user flows, coordinate with web analytics team to design and adjust website from data analysis

· Design branding and marketing material for the company

· Lead the development of creative; combining strategy, research, interactive design, creative content and technology.

· Lead initiatives for developing and refining Interaction Design best practices and processes

· Communicate plans and outcomes

· Collaborate with other departments to define and refine processes and practices with regards to user research, design planning, and usability studies

要求：

· 丰富的网站页面设计经验；

· 了解金融产品

· 有可证明的业绩和参考的作品；

· 能够将Photoshop设计转换成XHTML/CSS

· 能按Web 2.0网站标准进行设计

· 服务器端及客户端编程经验 – HTML&CSS

· 在服务器和客服领域有经验

· 对市场营销和品牌推广有经验

· 在Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat and Flash有2-3年的经验

· 了解程序设计

· 对推荐性传播产品有了解

· 能用英语交流者优先

Ideal Candidate:

· Prior experience in user interaction design

· Understanding of financial services products

· Track record and extensive portfolio

· Transform Photoshop designs into XHTML / CSS

· Design as per Web 2.0 standards

· Strong front-end development skills – HTML & CSS

· Experience in server side and client side scripting

· Understanding of marketing and branding

· Technical skills including: Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat and Flash2-3 years of experience

· Knowledge of the design process

· Understanding of viral products

· Functional English a bonus
