This Senior Sales/Supervisor is responsible for building relationship and driving Sales
within his defined region in China and for representing the Business Unit Healthcare of Medela(Beijing) Medical Technology Co. Ltd.

This position serves as the regional sales, clinical specialist and product expert for Cardio-Thoracic Systems and Professional Vacuum Systems. This includes prospecting and developing relationships with hospitals, clinics and distributors. This position is responsible for building high level customer contacts with Healthcare professionals and KOL’s and to develop and execute a regional business plan with strategic objectives to increase sales and to achieve tailored company goals.

Essential Functions

Develop product - and clinical expertise

Present and sell company products and services to customers, including in-servicing to Physicians and other medical staff in an operating room and critical care environment

Establish and support distributors and dealers

Prepare actions plans to drive project forward
准备推动项目计划;
Provides assessments of clinical and hospital needs. Ensures user comfort and commitment to Medela products through education, evaluation and ongoing support

Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
现场活动跟进;
Establish and maintain customer relationships

Update customer activity through company CRM database

Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
通过质量检查和其他后续事宜管理客户;
Identify and resolve client concerns
识别并解决客户问题;
Work closely with Customer Service Department to ensure customer satisfaction

Participate in sales and marketing programs and provide market feedback regarding trends, product development and quality
参加营销项目并根据行业动态,产品质量和情况提供市场反馈;
Liaise with breastfeeding team for selected accounts, where the relationship will benefit the total Medela China business
与母乳喂养团队合作,会有更多收益;
Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion

Job Requirements and Qualifications
任职要求
University degree in business, science or healthcare or related field
相关专业本科毕业;
3 years Experience in medical sales and/or a related field. Critical Care Nursing experience desired
3年以上相关经验;
The ability to deliver presentations to small and large groups

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
精通微软办公应用程序;
The ability to work within an assigned budget for sales and expenses
