GE Energy — Oil & Gas — Drilling & Production – Pressure Control

GE石油天然气压力控制（苏州）有限公司（原伍德压力控制（苏州）有限公司）成立于2007年1月，于2011年4正式加入GE， 工厂位于苏州工业园区，整合后属于GE能源集团下的石油与天然气集团，产品包括节流阀，闸阀等各种阀门以及各种井口设备。我们的产品按照美国石油标准协会（API ）6A标准进行生产并获得认证，并且通过ISO 9001 质量体系认证、ISO 14001环境管理体系认证及OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系认证。

目前，苏州工厂约有150名员工，7000平方米的车间具备全面的制造（机加工，自动堆焊）、装配测试及检验能力，同时还提供先进的培训、售后服务及支持，为井口压力控制应用提供定制化产品、服务及诊断设备。

GE Oil & Gas Pressure Control (Suzhou) Co, Ltd (The former Wood Group Pressure Control (Suzhou) Co., Ltd) was acquired by GE Oil & Gas in April’ 2011. The facility locates in Suzhou Industrial Park with key technologies on Chokes, Valves and wellheads. The facility is ISO9001, ISO14004, OHSAS18001 registered and licensed. The products are certified for API 6A.

Up to today the 7000 square meter workshop provides complete manufacturing (including machining and automated cladding), assembly, testing and inspection services for

Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

▪Assists with Manager to source and secure qualified vendor needed by company, meanwhile, continuously develops new suppliers
协助采购经理收集并挑选符合公司要求的供应商的信息并不断开发供应商
▪Assists with Manager to negotiate with vendors in terms of price, availability, delivery, payment, after service, etc. 协助采购经理负责同供应商在产品价格、有效期、交货时间及售后服务等方面进行协商
▪Reviews vendor quotations and negotiates contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority. ▪Prepares and follows up purchase orders
在权限及预算范围内比较供应商的报价及采购合同；负责合同评审、订单处理及跟踪
▪Purchases needed parts and assistant production equipment from qualified suppliers
从合格供应商处采购生产所必需的零部件及生产所需的辅助设备等
▪Oversees the delivery performance of vendors.监控供应商的交付绩效
▪Discusses defective goods or services with corresponding personnel, department and take corrective actions遇到不良品或劣质服务时，与相关部门取得联系并采取措施予以纠正
▪Other tasks assigned by supervisor其它由主管安排的任务

Qualifications/Requirements

▪ Logical thinking, careful and reliable逻辑思维,细致,认真,可靠
▪ Excellent communication skill and interpersonal 出色的沟通技巧和人际关系
▪ Willing to work under heavy pressure 愿意承担工作压力
▪ Team work spirit具团队合作精神
▪ Good command of written and spoken English 英语书写与口语良好
Proficient of using MS OFFICE 熟练使用办公自动化软件
