职位描述：
Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, the positon holder will be responsible for:
- Customer data screening and consolidation
- Regular report generating
- Work closely with Retail team to optimize the CRM performance, including new customer recruitment, repeating and recovery rate, segmentation upgrade, etc
- Based on the finding out, develop CRM initiatives in partnership with Communications team
- Other ad hoc job tasks assigned by line manager
- MBA candidate preferred and internship duration is 6 months from August 2017

Job requirement:
- MBA candidate with 3 to 4 year previous working experiences in CRM or Marketing field in an MNE environment
- Strong at data analysis with excellent Excel skills, able to identifiy the root cause from various reports
- Logical and structured thinking
- Well organized and good at time management
