Job Description
? Review internal and external tax reporting for example Effective Tax Rate (ETR) and deferred taxes. We have quarterly review on ETR for the region, you shall be able to run figures from our accounting system and work closely with GL team and agencies, check the correctness of ETR for each entity on your plate, and report to your manager on a timely basis.
? Review the statutory income tax for Greater China. The statutory income tax reporting to the tax authority shall be reviewed by our tax department before filing, as such you are able to answer the questions from the external tax agent, timely response to their requests, check the tax return prepared by the tax agent. You shall be able to spot errors in the tax return and meet the filing deadline.
? Assist prepare the Transfer Pricing reporting documents for Greater China and ASEAN with our on hand data.
? Monitor the compliance requirements of Groupe for Greater China and ASEAN countries regarding internal audit, FMC and external authorities. You shall be able to ensure the countries assigned to you have fulfil such requirements. Spot any non-compliance issues and report to your manager on a timely basis.
? You shall be able to do in-depth tax research and assist on prepare tax planning and restructuring memos concerning the region. Assist your manager on entity reduction projects in the region, proactively follow up the status and provide insight.
? You shall be able to work independently for prepare the answer on the daily tax queries from Groupe’s agencies regarding Greater China and ASEAN countries, especially concern is Singapore.
? Work with 2 tax mangers as a team to share the work and knowledge among the team.
? Assist your manager on ad hoc projects, e.g. TP defence, tax audits when it is needed.

Experience/Qualifications
? Degree holder (prefer tax and/or accounting)
? Prefer CPA and/or CTA holder
? Good command of English in writing & reading
? At least 3-year working experience in tax department of Big 4

Knowledge
? Sound Tax knowledge in China tax is a must
? Sound accounting knowledge
