职位描述：
理解并分析产品需求、规格说明、设计与架构文档系统
根据测试计画及方案独立进行测试工作
负责根据测试结果及详细记录问题的发现路径及结果分析
负责根据测试结果记录完成测试报告
负责整理归档已执行的测试方案并进行需求跟踪矩阵 （ Requirements Matrix）的维护
基于系统文件和流程图负责创建测试方案，以确保整个系统的有效性；包括执行理想路径（Happy Path）、发现边缘情况以及潜在错误场景
通过识别问题根源的故障排除、比较对策方案从而提出潜在的设计改进意见
通过分析数据、应用检测工具以及基于事实依据的建议系统地对客户提供支持
负责测试仪器与测试环境的建构与维护
熟悉根本原因分析方法(Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode Effects Analysis, 8D Reporting) 支持客户方问题解决法与进行持续性改进

与客户方或客户方供应商人员合作解决问题方案

职位要求：
工程、自动化、计算机相关专业本科或以上学历
1-3 年相关工作经验或优秀硕士应届毕业生
流利商业英语沟通能力(听写以及表达)
熟练运用办公自动化软件 (MS Office Suite)
具有良好的沟通技巧
善于分析，逻辑性强，能不断思考，改进现状，以成功完成目标
责任心强，拥有独立完成工作的能力
团队合作能力强，能在团对环境内完成目标
可接受出差 (<25%)
有汽车电子、 车联网、 航空电子、 通讯或互联网相关行业等经验
有商业德语沟通能力者(听写以及表达) 为佳
熟练运用 Jira 与 Confluence 云端软件者为佳
有整车厂 OEM 或 一阶/二阶供货商 (Tier-1/Tier-2 Supplier)汽车行业相关经验者优先考虑
