Job Description
? Liaison between the Brands, Affiliates, Creative Services, Marketing, Merchandising and Engineering to collect technical, creative and content requirements and assure open communication and workflow between front end and back
? Responsible for Japan Roadmap for new projects, Enhancements, bug defects
? Responsible for Japan requirement/Production Analysis/.net and offer manager issue resolutions
? Implement and maintain a project plan that identifies key milestones, project dependencies, project resources and then manage the execution of the plan
? Ensure that the project team is notified promptly of any potential change in project scope and expected deliverables
? PoC to affiliates, guide affiliates to open Ideas, analyze and assign the defects/requests to the respective teams
? Perform sanity testing before affiliate handover.
? Prioritize of the issues with delivery team for JP market

Domain skill retail & consumer goods, ecommerce
Tech skill
? Basic knowledge on SDLC, functional testing, project management is Must
? 2 years + years of BA experience in RCG is Must
? good oral Japanese and writing & reading Japanese capability is Must
? E-commence is a plus
? Average oral , writing & reading English capability is fine
? Testing function experience is a plus
? Experience in Jira/Aha is a plus
? JS/CSS/PHP/Perl/Drupal (Mandatory for Technical + Japanese BA, Nice have for Functional + Japanese BA)
? Knowledge on inventory management/offer management/SAP is a plus
