职位描述：
Job Responsibilities ：

1)Reponsible to build up System Engineering & Innovation Group of the company;

2)Partcipant company overall target planning, directly report to company President. Lead the system engineering & innovation group to grasp existing company operation supporting IT system (BOSS) and to understand company products and R&D strategies & plan of different branches; Supporting the company management team, based on company strategy, to draw operation supporting system evolving roadmap, new services/products/ design, projects planning & roadmap;

3)Interface to company internal & external R&D teams, product teams and operation department. Coordinate across departements to setup, track and execute related IT supporting system improving projects and new service/products development projects.

4)Lead the research activity of the company to technology of Telecom, IT supporting system (BOSS), Moblile internet technology and its application in telecom operation, Internet of things technology, Smart Terminal technology etc. and lead to draw according proposals to company for system engineering & innovation projects based on company strategy.

5)Based on marketing requirements and operation requirements, design and plan implementation roadmap and put into related projects and roadmpa drawing.

6)To provide technical support and expertise to sales and business development team of the company.

 

Job Requirements：

1)Bachelor of computer science, electronic engineering, internet/mobile internet engineering or equivalent.

2)5+years product management or R&D or system engineering working experience in Telecom, Internet/Mobile Internet industry.

3)Proficient in technology of IT supporting System design & deployment, Telecom BOSS system, End2End internet web based system design and development, End2End Mobile internet Application & services design and development. Familiar in Android and iOS App development and HTML5 based application development. Quick learning capability.

4)Excellent project management skills and communication skills are required.

5)Passion of innovation to design and implement new services, new products. Passion to devote to research in new technologies and the application to company’s projects.

6)Knowledge on Internet of things industry and Smart Terminal will be prior.

7)Experence on internet/mobile internet products development will be prior.

8)Proficient in English & Mandrin, good presentation skills.
