职位描述：
工作职责：
- 根据法规标准的要求，联系各项目实际，策划并实施项目HSE管理程序
- 识别、评估项目的风险，并制定风险控制措施
- 组织实施现场检查，对发现的隐患进行分析，制定纠正措施并跟踪措施的落实
- 对高风险作业环节实施重点控制
- 对项目的HSE绩效进行统计分析，定期报告现场HSE管理状况
- 对各类事故进行调查、报告
- 组织相关HSE会议，与业主、监理单位、承包单位保持良好沟通

任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，安全、工程、机械、电气、土木建筑相关专业
- 6年以上工作经验，土木、建筑、施工或者生产运营安全管理工作经验者优先
- 至少掌握ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001其中两个标准，能将要素要求和企业实际相结合
- 良好的沟通协调能力
- 熟练使用MS office 相关软件
- 有团队精神，工作认真负责
- 能胜任长期出差
- 身体健康

Responsibilities:
- Implement the national laws, GB requirements and company safety requirements
- Launch and organize project site safety training
- Assess project site risks and make preventative measures
- Implement the working permit procedure
- Control the safety performance of subcontractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above of safety engineering or relative major
- Minimum 6 years working experience of project site safety management, civil and construction engineering
- Familiar with ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001
- Excellent skills of both communication and coordination
- Good command of MS Office
- Working experience in chemical or petro-chemical project is preferred
- Team work spirit, working carefully

Founded in year 2001 in Shanghai, Industry and Facilities (I&F) Division is one of the four operation platforms of Bureau Veritas in China.
