Job: Cashier
Location: Peak Scientific China, Zhangjiang High Tech Park, Shanghai

THE POSITION
Invoice handling - Checking the rationality and legitimacy of the invoices and supporting documents per company expenses claim regulation and legal requirement. Ensuring payments which are based on payment schedule are handled timely and accurately.
发票处理：核对发票的真实性和合法性，保证其符合相关法律法规和公司内部报销规定；确保各笔报销能够及时地、准确地在计划内支付。

Interface to local banks -Interfacing with local banks and Shanghai Administration of Foreign business to ensure payments are handled timely and efficiently. Exchanging (SAFE) to assist providing required supporting documents to make sure that all daily are handled timely and efficiently. Handle the open and close of company bank account and the company information change if applicable.
与各银行的对接： 结合外管局和银行的各项规定，准备各笔外汇收入和支出所需文件，确保公司各笔外汇能够及时有效地处理完毕。如有必要，负责完成公司银行账户的开户和关闭以及公司信息变更事宜。

Bank balance monitoring - Monitoring the bank balance to ensure the company deposit is kept in a proper safe way and has adequate cash flow. Feedback to finance management if there is any potential issue.
银行资产监控： 监督管理银行存款，确保公司有充足的资金流转，及时向财务经理反馈潜在的问题。

Archiving of documents - Managing the archiving of finance vouchers, files, and other important finance documentation.
文件归档：负责财务凭证、文档以及其他相关重要文件的归档。
Other tasks assigned by Assistant Finance Manager.
其他财务经理委派的任务。

IDEAL CANDIDATE
With a good standard of education, including a relevant college/university degree and Accounting English at advanced level, you must have a previous experience in a similar role. Other key attributes will include: MS Office (especially Excel), ERP (e.g. SAP) preferred. Strong all-round communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, high customer focus and attention to detail is essential.
大专及以上相关专业教育背景，英语熟练并具有一定工作经验。其他相关能力包括：MS Office（熟练使用Excel），ERP（例如SAP）相关经验优先。具备良好的沟通能力，优秀的客服理念，工作认真仔细。
